Website and service terms

Version dated September 12, 2026

1. Service provider

Solutions Impact Web (“SIW”) is a brand operated by Daniel Germain (registered as “Germain, Daniel”), Québec enterprise number 2282131160, at 1342 rue Dollard, Terrebonne, Québec J6W 4K2, Canada. Contact us at nakoliss@solutionsimpactweb.com. +1 (888) 886-1574 connects you to our AI receptionist; it is not a continuously staffed human support line.

2. Enquiries, quotes and agreements

An enquiry does not create a purchase obligation. Before work starts, our quote identifies deliverables, exclusions, prices, currency, schedule, each party's responsibilities and payment terms. Work begins after written confirmation of the scope and applicable terms. Changes must be agreed in writing. A specifically accepted agreement takes precedence in case of a difference, subject to applicable law.

3. Services and results

SIW provides websites, maintenance and the digital services expressly described in the quote. We commit to agreed deliverables. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI recommendations, lead counts or sales revenue. Automated assessments provide limited technical observations; they are not compliance certifications or professional legal advice.

4. Content and collaboration

You provide content, accurate contact details, usage permissions and required access. We identify missing items. Delivery windows depend on complete materials and the agreed review steps; we confirm the delivery date in writing. Delayed content or requested changes require an agreed schedule update, without unapproved additional charges.

5. Starter website and revisions

Unless a specific quote provides otherwise, the starter website includes up to five sections, mobile adaptation, an enquiry form connected to your email and structured data based on verified information. Two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope are included. New pages, features or services outside that scope are separately quoted and accepted. Under the current starter offer, you review and approve a preview before paying; launch follows the accepted terms. Defects against the agreed scope are handled separately from requests for additional content or features.

6. Pricing and billing

The quote and payment process expressly identify the currency, one-time price, recurring charges, billing frequency and start date. Current prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. The quote identifies any applicable taxes and the total amount payable before acceptance. Domains and third-party expenses are separately identified where excluded. Changing an advertised price does not by itself alter an already accepted price. For the accepted private pilot at CAD 199 + CAD 49/month, the combined payment is CAD 248 when the approved site is ready to go live, followed by CAD 49/month. It includes a one-page website in one language, up to five sections and two revision rounds; the client supplies text and images. One small content change of up to fifteen minutes per paid month is included, with no rollover. The domain and additional work are excluded. This pilot does not change general offers or previously accepted prices.

7. Hosting, maintenance and support

Technical maintenance covers website operation within the agreed scope. It does not automatically include monthly content changes, new pages or new features. Support is provided by email during business hours, with a target response within 48 business hours; this is not a resolution guarantee or an on-call telephone service. Usage limits, usage charges and automated-service boundaries are specified in the offer. We report known incidents and proposed next steps; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. AI services and follow-up

An AI taking part in an exchange identifies itself as AI. Our receptionist gathers information relevant to your enquiry and passes it on for handling. SIW normally follows up by email; neither a personal phone call from the owner nor an automated callback is promised without specific confirmation. AI responses may contain errors: final prices and commitments are confirmed in writing. Contact details and any recordings or transcripts must be handled consistently with applicable notices and the privacy policy.

9. Ownership and access

You retain ownership of your content. The quote sets out rights to the delivered website and the handover of code and access. Third-party components and services remain subject to their licences; SIW's internal tools are not transferred unless agreed in writing. Your domain remains under your control as agreed. Ending maintenance does not transfer your domain to SIW.

10. Cancellation and service closure

You may request cancellation of a monthly plan at any time by email. For the pilot, request it before renewal; the Stripe portal also allows cancellation at the end of the paid period. We confirm the effective date, amounts payable or refundable, and handover or transfer arrangements according to the agreement and applicable law. No annual commitment or exit penalty is implicitly added to a month-to-month plan. Ongoing projects, annual arrangements and prepayments are handled under their accepted terms and applicable rights. We agree on the arrangements needed to avoid unexpected interruption during a transfer.

11. Use, responsibility and rights

You must have authority over the sites, data and access entrusted to SIW. Unlawful use, unauthorized access and bypassing protections are prohibited. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

12. Questions, disputes and updates

Contact nakoliss@solutionsimpactweb.com with questions or concerns so we can seek a solution. Québec law and applicable Canadian federal law govern the agreement, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to your circumstances. Changes to these terms are dated and do not retroactively alter an accepted agreement.
